In Moscow, another article from the newspaper "Duel" is recognized as extremist

On December 22, 2008, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow recognized B. Nikash's article "Symbiosis. The KGB and the Jews", published in the Duel newspaper in No. 31 (529) dated July 31, 2007, as extremist material.

Let us remind you that on November 26, 2008, the same Zamoskvoretsky court ruled to terminate the activities of the Duel newspaper and invalidate the mass media's registration certificate. And on November 24, 2008, the court recognized as extremist the selection of materials "Death to Russia!", published in the newspaper on July 4, 2006. For this material, the newspaper received a warning from Rossvyazokhrankultura (for the text of the expert opinion, see here ) in April 2007.

Since January 2008, the editor-in-chief of the Duel newspaper, Yuri Mukhin, has been charged under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
