A criminal case has been initiated against the distributor of the banned brochure “Give us the Motherland!”

The Armavir prosecutor's office charged independent lawyer Andrei Mozzhegorov under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national, racial, religious hatred) in connection with the distribution of the pamphlet of the Athos monk Athanasius "Give us the Motherland!". According to the Russian Idea , a criminal case against him was initiated back in 2007.

The case is being considered by the Armavir City Court of the Krasnodar Territory.
