Another criminal case has been opened in Moscow against convicted members of the Kalinichenko gang.

On January 29, 2009, it became known that another criminal case had been opened against six of the 13 convicted in the Kalinichenko gang case.

The investigation suspects them of committing two more nationalist attacks that occurred on the same day in October 2007 in the area of ​​the Tekstilshchiki metro station.

It is reported that a criminal case has been initiated under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity).

Let us recall that in September 2008, 20-year-old Ivan Kalinichenko (Kolinichenko), 18-year-old Timofey and Kirill Kovalev, Ilya Shutko, and nine minor gang members were found guilty under Art. "a", "c" part 2 art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or hostility, committed with the use of violence by an organized group), paragraphs. "a, f, i, l" part 2 tbsp. 105 (murder of two or more persons by an organized group, from hooligan motives, motivated by national and racial hatred and enmity), Part 3 of Art. 30, pp. "a, f, i, l" part 2 tbsp. 105 (attempted murder of two or more persons, organized by a group, from hooligan motives, motivated by national and racial hatred and enmity). In addition, one of the minor participants in the attacks was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 213 (hooliganism), and Timofey Kovalev - also under Part 1 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery).
