On January 17, 2009, in Kostroma, 23-year-old Nazi skinhead Danil Solovey-Chub beat up a 16-year-old punk, a resident of Yaroslavl. The attack took place near the cafe-bar "TV-Salon" on the street. Dairy Mountain, where a concert of "alternative" music was held.
