New person involved in the National Bolsheviks case

On February 2, 2009, a criminal case was initiated against the National Bolshevik Elena Boikova under Art. Art. 282.2 (organization of the activities of an extremist organization) and 165 (causing property damage by deceit or breach of trust) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The case was opened for the action "Eat for free", for which one of its participants had already been sentenced .

According to Boikova, during the arrest she was beaten and her mobile phone was taken away, about which she is going to file a complaint with the prosecutor's office.
