On February 15, 2009, a native of Kyrgyzstan, apparently 35-40 years old, was killed in Moscow.

Local residents found the severed head of a man of “Asian appearance” on Proletarsky Prospekt near house No. 21, building 2, and reported it to the police. Investigators found the body of the deceased in front of house No. 14 on Proletarsky Avenue. An ax and a knife were found nearby.

Let us recall that a similar crime was committed in the Moscow region in December 2008, when the neo-Nazi group “Combat Organization of Russian Nationalists” announced its involvement in the murder. Investigators suspected that Nazi skinheads might be involved in the attack on a native of Kyrgyzstan, but none of the neo-Nazi organizations claimed responsibility for this crime.

On February 18, 2009, a message appeared that four homeless people (from 24 to 53 years old) were detained on suspicion of committing murder. They confessed. While drinking alcohol together, homeless people accused the native of Kyrgyzstan of “collecting bottles on “foreign” territory,” and “then they reminded him of his non-Slavic appearance.” The attackers hit the man on the head with a bottle and stabbed him multiple times.

A criminal case has been opened into the murder.
