On March 3, an agreement on cooperation between the diocese and the Birobidzhan branch of Amur State University was signed at the Birobidzhan Diocesan Administration. The document was signed by the director of the branch N.N. Parancher and Bishop Joseph of Birobidzhan and Kuldur.
The document provides for cooperation in holding joint charitable, educational and cultural events, as well as in the field of cultural, patriotic, spiritual and moral education of students.
