The case of the National Bolsheviks was brought to court in Samara

On February 27, the investigation was completed, and on March 2, 2009, the case against National Bolsheviks Roman Mishurov and Ilya Shunin was submitted to court under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).

The case was transferred to the Samara Regional Court to determine the territorial jurisdiction.

Recall that Shunin and Mishurov are accused of administering the website of the NBP banned for extremism in Samara.
