Falun Gong followers were allowed to appeal the decision to declare their materials extremist

On March 4, 2009, the Pervomaisky Court of Krasnodar reinstated the deadline for appealing against the decision to recognize the materials of the NP "Center for Spiritual and Physical Improvement of Falun Dafa" as extremist.

Representatives of "Falun Dafa" were recognized as interested parties who were not informed of the lawsuit in time, and were given the opportunity to appeal the recognition of a number of their materials as extremist.
