Suspicions of extremism have been cleared from publisher Aslambek Ezhaev

On March 3, 2009, it became known that the publisher Aslambek Ezhaev had been cleared of suspicion of distributing extremist literature.

Ezhaev was accused of publishing the book "The Personality of a Muslim in the form that seeks to give it Islam with the help of the Koran and the Sunnah", which was previously recognized as extremist. However, the examination showed that Ezhaev's publication was not identical to the one included in the list of extremist materials.

However, the publisher faces criminal prosecution. Now he is accused of copyright infringement, since, according to the investigator, pirated software was found on one of the computers seized during the search.
