The case against the National Bolsheviks in Nizhny Novgorod

On March 2, 2009, National Bolshevik Vladimir Zinkovsky was detained in Nizhny Novgorod for putting up leaflets. A criminal case was initiated against him under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organization).

According to Zinkovsky, the accusation against him was fabricated, since he did not put up leaflets and does not even know their contents. He also claims that in addition to procedural violations, he faced threats from representatives of law enforcement agencies.

The National Bolshevik sent a complaint to the city prosecutor's office.
