On March 9, at 13.45 in Tula, the premises of the Tula-Press bookstore were searched by police officers. During the search, about 20 copies of the "Appeal of the All-Russian Officers' Assembly to the personnel and veterans of the Armed Forces, to the Russian and other indigenous peoples of Russia" and " other samples of national-patriotic literature" were seized .
The owner of the store, a member of the local branch of the DPNI, Nina Zenkova, was taken to the police station. After some time she was released.
It should be reminded that in July 2008 Nina Zenkova was issued a prosecutor's warning on the fact of distribution of "extremist" literature in her shop.
