Dmitry Mants was sentenced
On March 11, 2009, the Presnensky Court of Moscow sentenced the National Bolshevik Dmitry Mants for participating in a rally in the reception room of the Foreign Ministry.
Manets was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in the activities of an extremist organization) and Part 1 of Art. 318 (using or threatening to use non-life-threatening violence against a government official in connection with the performance of his official duties) and sentenced to 2 years and 2 months in a colony-settlement.
