In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a case of desecration of the Walk of Fame was sent to court

On March 20, 2009, it became known that a case of nationalistically motivated vandalism was sent to the Achinsk City Court (Krasnoyarsk Territory) .

A 20-year-old resident of Achinsk, who was detained earlier, was charged under Part 2 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism motivated by ethnic hatred). It should be reminded that in September 2008 the Alley of Glory in the Victory Park was desecrated in Achinsk: models of military equipment and portraits of veterans of the Great Patriotic War were painted with paint. They were inscribed "Death to the Russians", "Russian suckers" and "Death to the whites" .

The media reported that on the basis of the conclusion of a number of examinations dated January 29, 2009, another criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity). Probably, even if we are talking about a new case, the detainee was also charged under Art. 282.

The defendant fully admits his guilt.

On March 30, 2009, the Achinsk court sentenced Petr Kinakh, the defiler of the alley.
