The Krasnodar Regional Court overturned the conviction of A. Mozzhegorov

On March 4, the Krasnodar Regional Court overturned the conviction of the Armavir City Court against Andrey Mozzhegorov.

Recall that he was found guilty under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national, racial, religious hatred) for distributing the brochure of the monk Athanasius "Give us the Motherland!". The case was returned to the regional prosecutor's office, since A. Mozzhegorov distributed the brochure before it was recognized as extremist.
