On March 19, 2009, the Ordzhonikidzevsky District Court of Yekaterinburg declared illegal a warning about the inadmissibility of extremist activity, issued to a member of the religious group Jehovah's Witnesses I. Yu. Ananin in May 2008 by the prosecutor's office of the city of Asbest.
Recall that in November 2008 the religious organization already tried to challenge this warning, but the Ordzhonikidzevsky court dismissed the complaint. The Jehovah's Witnesses challenged the November decision, and on February 3, 2009, by decision of the Regional Court, their complaint was returned for a new trial.
