A criminal case has been initiated in Vladimir under Art. 282

On March 25, 2009, it became known that a criminal case had been opened in Vladimir under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) for demonstrating a neo-Nazi video in one of the bars in the city.

According to the results of a psychological and linguistic study, the plot of the video is aimed at inciting ethnic hatred. Suspect not found.
