The prosecutor's office of the Altai Territory revealed in two bookstores in Barnaul the sale of books included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. We are talking about the books by V. Recall that "Strike of the Russian Gods" is listed in the FSEM, but the case on recognizing this publication as extremist was sent to court by the prosecutor's office of the Arkhangelsk region for consideration on the merits. In this regard, the prosecutor of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Barnaul initiated administrative proceedings on administrative offenses under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution of extremist materials).
The prosecutor's office of the Altai Territory organized an inspection of the fulfillment of the requirements of Article 13 of the Federal Law "On counteracting extremist activity", which prohibits the distribution of extremist materials.
The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Barnaul held Top-Kniga LLC, a merchandiser of the Las-Knigas hypermarket, administratively liable.
