On March 24, 2009, Andrey Petrov, an anti-fascist from Izhevsk, filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation with the Pervomaisky District Court of Izhevsk. The anti-fascist demands to recover 110 thousand rubles from the treasury of the Russian Federation for illegal suspicion of beating two young people, one of whom is a neo-Nazi.

Recall that Andrey Petrov initially claimed that on the day of the attack, in which he was accused, he was at work all day, about which he provided a certificate, and that one of the "victims" accuses him precisely because of Petrov's anti-fascist views.
