On March 25, 2009, it became known that in Voronezh a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed with the use of objects used as weapons, motivated by national hatred), initiated against young people from 16 to 21 years old who attacked two citizens of Kazakhstan in April 2008.
During the searches, the suspects were seized system units with "materials of an extremist nature" and things with attributes of Nazi skinheads.
The case was initiated on April 25, 2008 by the investigative department at the Department of Internal Affairs for the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city district - the city of Voronezh, later transferred to the investigative department for the Zheleznodorozhny district of the Voronezh Department of the Investigative Committee under the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
After the approval of the indictment by the district prosecutor, the criminal case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. All participants in the crime are under house arrest.
