Charges brought against Dmitry Solovyov

On March 25, 2009 in Kemerovo, Dmitry Solovyov, an activist of the Oborona movement, was handed a decision to bring him on trial in a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 (inciting social hatred).

Recall that the case against the blogger was initiated over several entries in his LiveJournal, in which he spoke critically about the work of the police and the FSB.
