The trial in the case of A. Ezhaev has begun

On March 24, the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow began hearings on a criminal case against the head of the Umma publishing house, Aslambek Ezhaev. Initially, the case was initiated under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) due to the distribution of the book "The Personality of a Muslim".

Then the charges under Art. 282 were removed , and the case was reclassified: now A. Ezhaev is accused of using unlicensed programs.
