“Extremist” letters appeared in the city of Ob

In February-March 2009 in the city of Ob, Novosibirsk Region, 20 year old young man was spreading letters, the content of which is "sent on the formation of nationalist and extremist sentiments, as well as incitement to action against representatives of the authorities ."

He posted these letters on the building of the city administration and on the building where the office of the regional branch of "United Russia" and the center of urban education children, and also sent one of them to the newspaper as an open letter. TO Unfortunately, we do not know the contents of the letters.

On this fact, a criminal case.

The incidents became known only in October 2010 in connection with the appearance of the message about taking the case to court.
