On February 14, 2009, teenagers attacked a passerby of "non-Slavic appearance". The attack was filmed on a mobile phone.
According to a resident of the district, gatherings of teenagers take place between the houses of the street. Leskov and Moscow Ring Road. They hold hand-to-hand fights, run through the forest and chant "Russia for the Russians!", "Death to the chumps!" .
The Bibirevo police department reported that they had not received any complaints about the first episode. On the second episode, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings). The search for criminals is conducted by operatives from the Internal Affairs Directorate and the district department. A section of the forest has been taken under special control, and auto patrol routes have been adjusted with this in mind.
