"Sect expert" A. Dvorkin was elected chairman of the Expert Council under the Ministry of Justice

On April 3, the first meeting of the Expert Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation took place. President of the Russian Association of Centers for the Study of Religions and Sects (RATSIRS) Alexander Dvorkin was elected its chairman. Roman Silantyev, director of the human rights center at the World Russian People's Council, and Valiulla Yakupov, director of the Iman publishing house, became deputy chairmen.
