On April 3, 2009, it became known that the World Court of the Kozlovsky District of Chuvashia found two minors guilty of vandalism.
Recall that in December 2008, several teenagers were detained while painting portraits of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War on the Walk of Fame with swastikas and insulting inscriptions.
Two teenagers aged 14 and 16 accused under part 2 of article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism committed by a group of persons) pleaded guilty and were released by the court from criminal liability. They were given compulsory educational measures.
