Opposition website banned again in Ufa

On March 5, 2009, by the decision of the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Ufa, the claim of the Prosecutor of the Kirovsky District for recognition as extremist and a ban on the distribution of the site "Ufagub" on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan was satisfied. This became known on April 6 from a report on a complaint to the prosecutor of the republic.

The prosecutor's office filed this lawsuit on the basis of an examination that revealed signs of extremism in the materials of the site.

A number of republican providers in early April began to restrict access to the site for local users.

Nikolai Shvetsov, who introduced himself as the "sponsor of the site", sent a complaint to the prosecutor of the republic.
