Believers of Suzdal appealed to the President of the Russian Federation in connection with the confiscation of churches from the ROAC

The believers of Suzdal sent an appeal to the President of the Russian Federation D. Medvedev in connection with the seizure of churches from the Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church (ROAC). The believers are asking the President for assistance in preserving churches after the arrival of the ROAC.

They express the hope that the President "as the guarantor of the Constitution" will protect their rights to freedom of religion.

Recall that earlier human rights activists applied to the authorities with a request for assistance in resolving this issue .

On May 2, the Suzdal parishioners of the ROAC again addressed a letter to the President of the Russian Federation. They again ask D. Medvedev to assist in resolving the conflict with churches.
