On April 20, 2009, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow satisfied the demands of the Meshchansky Interdistrict Prosecutor to recognize as extremist A. Ivanov's print publication "Answer to the Patriarch" (M.: 2000, 80 pp.), V. Yemelyanov's book "Jewish Nazism and the Asian Mode of Production" ( M.: 2004, 128 p.), brochures by Y. Fedoseev "Xenophobia or self-defense" (M.: 2005, 64 p.)
According to ethnological-socio-psychological expertise, "materials can contribute to the formation of attitudes that correspond to the ideas of racism, ethno-nationalism, Nazism" . The content of the materials is also aimed at "carrying out extremist activities - inciting religious intolerance and discord" .
The prosecutor sent an application to the district court for recognition of the content of A. Ivanov's printed publication "Answer to the Patriarch", Y. Fedoseyev's brochure "Xenophobia or Self-Defense" and V. Yemelyanov's book "Jewish Nazism and the Asian Method of Production" materials as extremist. The prosecutor's requirements were satisfied by the court in full .
The author of "Xenophobia or Self-Defense" Yuri Fedoseev is a police colonel, from 1992 to 1994 he served as head of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department.
