Yaroslavl authorities are trying to evict the Tatar cultural center

The authorities of Yaroslavl are seeking the eviction of the Cultural Center of the Tatars from the building at the address: st. Sobinova, d.50. This building has been in free use of the center for 10 years. Despite the fact that the lease agreement has not yet expired, the authorities are going to sell the house. The cultural center defends its right to the building through the court, the lawsuit continues for six months.

The building is used by all Muslims of the city, including for prayers. In addition, there is the only Muslim library in the region.
