Act of vandalism in the Ryazan region
On April 27, it became known that 58 monuments in the cemetery were desecrated in the village of Podnovoloki, Miloslavsky district, Ryazan region. The crime was committed by two underage young people, one of them was recently released from the Center for temporary isolation of juvenile delinquents.
The criminal case was not opened because both offenders are minors.
