In Tomsk, the court passed a verdict under Art. 282

On April 20, 2009, the Kirovsky District Court of Tomsk issued a guilty verdict in the case of posting neo-Nazi videos on the website "Alternative tracker of Tomsk".

The accused, 35-year-old Andrei Kolchanov, was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity) and sentenced to 180 hours of compulsory labor.

It also became known that Tomsk himself turned himself in to the FSB Directorate for the Tomsk region.

Later, more than 300 files seized from A. Kolchanov's computer were recognized as extremist materials.
