Warnings were issued to the editors of the Boomerang-Partner newspaper for publishing the article "Drug addicts have lost their point", in No. 2 (359) dated January 30, 2009. According to the department, the article contains statements "aimed at inciting ethnic hatred" and the newspaper Zvezda Volga region" for the publication of the article "The Matrix" by Z. Kadir in No. 5 (456) on February 12-18, 2009. The legality of the warnings issued is not clear.
In addition, the newspaper "Business Review" received a warning for publishing the article "Chronicles of Parallel Tomsk" in No. 1 (90) of March 2009. We consider this warning unlawful .
A warning was also issued to the Vyatka Special Newspaper " for publishing in the issues for 2008 and the first quarter of 2009 information about the activities of the National Bolshevik Party and its members . " We consider this warning unlawful .
