On May 7, 2009, law enforcement agencies in Moscow reported that Moldova had extradited to Russia a 22-year-old girl Vasilisa Kovaleva (nickname "Lipsika"), suspected of committing a number of murders motivated by ethnic hatred.
The Russian citizen was detained on April 18 in the Leovsky district. Employees of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department went to Moldova.
"The investigation believes that she is an active participant in the "National Socialist Association" and is suspected of committing a number of murders motivated by national hostility in Moscow and the region . "
The girl has been wanted since August 28, 2008.
