Act of vandalism in Khakassia
On April 28, in Ust-Abakan (Khakassia), two pupils of a correctional school, teenagers aged 10 and 11, destroyed 60 tombstones.
They will not be prosecuted because both are minors.
The issue of damages will probably be decided in court - then the defendants will be either relatives of teenagers or an educational institution whose employees did not follow the actions of the wards.
