In Samara, the verdict of a distributor of anti-Semitic leaflets is appealed

In Samara, an appeal was made against the sentence handed down to Maxim Peshkov in the case under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national, racial or religious hatred committed publicly or with the use of the media). This was announced on May 14, 2009 by the lawyer of the convict Alexander Gnedkov.

Recall that the verdict in the case was passed on April 27, 2009. M. Peshkov was sentenced to 6 months. imprisonment conditionally with a probationary period of 6 months. The case was opened in November 2008.
