On May 17, 2009, new details became known in the case of Alexander Krinitsyn, a previously convicted neo-Nazi from Izhevsk, accused of attacking an anti-fascist girl on January 14, 2009. The neo-Nazi confessed that on Victory Day he was preparing to blow himself up in the building or near the building of the Pervomaisky District Court.

It is reported that A. Krinitsyn was taken into custody on the eve of the alleged explosion. A chemical laboratory was found in the house of the detainee, in which he was preparing an explosive device. A week before the alleged self-detonation, a neo-Nazi was badly burned while testing a prototype device. The test took place in the presence of two friends of the detainee in the forest near the Karlutka River. Despite serious injuries, the bomber refused to be hospitalized in the hospital, saying that he had suffered from the explosion of a gas cylinder.

The detainee admitted that after that he continued to assemble the explosive device. He had previously been convicted by the Pervomaisky District Court for desecrating the Jewish Community Center in Izhevsk in November and December 2007 and then received a suspended sentence.
