On May 25, 2009, the Magistrate's Court of the Industrial District of the city of Samara delivered a verdict in the case of the National Bolsheviks Roman Mishurov and Ilya Shunin, who were charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of an extremist organization). The National Bolsheviks were given a suspended sentence of one and a half years in prison.
Recall that Shunin and Mishurov were accused of administering the website of the NBP banned for extremism in Samara.
On June 9, 2009, the verdict entered into force.
