The case against the National Bolshevik Nikiforov was brought to court

June 19, 2009 in Yekaterinburg, a criminal case against the National Bolshevik Alexei Nikiforov under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organization) was taken to court.

Let us recall that on December 18, 2008 newspapers and personal belongings were confiscated from Aleksey Nikiforov to be checked "for extremism", and he himself was detained.
