Repeated attempt to recognize Falun Dafa materials as extremist failed

On June 18, 2009, the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar issued a ruling to leave without consideration the repeated claim of the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory on the recognition of extremist materials by the NP Center for Spiritual and Physical Improvement of Falun Dafa.

Let us recall that earlier the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Krasnodar Regional Court overturned the decision of the Pervomaisky Court to recognize these materials as extremist, including on the grounds that the Falun Dafa Center for Spiritual and Physical Improvement was not involved as a defendant.

The court obliged the prosecutor's office to clarify the stated requirements, however, the prosecutor's office presented the court with the previous version of the claim, insisting on its consideration in a special proceeding, and the claim was left without consideration.
