The case of blogger Solovyov has been returned for further investigation

On June 22, 2009, it became known that the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 (inciting social hatred) in relation to the activist of the movement "Defense" Dmitry Solovyov was returned by the prosecutor's office for additional investigation.

Recall that earlier it was reported that the preliminary investigation of the case was completed . The investigator must eliminate the violations by July 15.

Recall that the case was initiated over several entries in LiveJournal, in which Solovyov spoke critically about the work of the police and the FSB.
