On July 2, 2009, it became known that on the eve of April 20, law enforcement agencies in Kaliningrad were able to prevent mass arson by neo-Nazis of local cafes owned by non-Slavs.
The police received information that on the eve of Hitler's birthday, the Kaliningrad Nazis planned to burn down several cafes using Molotov cocktails.
However, the police were able to disrupt this action. No arrests have been reported.
