New warnings from Roskomnadzor

Between the second half of June and the first half of July 2009, Roskomnadzor issued two anti-extremist warnings to the media:

• The editors of the newspaper "To the Barrier!" for the publication of the material "You have chosen - you be the judge!" in No. 2 of June 02, 2009 (probably referring to the text of the leaflet included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under No. 292). In fact, the newspaper is the legal successor of the newspaper "Duel" closed in 2009 . Released May 26, 2009.

• The editors of the newspaper "Islam" [perhaps referring to the newspaper of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Dagestan, published in Makhachkala] for the publication of the article "Military Campaigns of the Prophet, salallahhy aleyhu wa salam" in No. 2 for March-April 2009.

In total, as of July 21, 2009, Roskomnadzor issued 18 anti-extremist warnings to the media.
