Charges brought against Dmitry Isusov

On July 16, 2009, the Investigative Committee under the Prosecutor's Office of the Nizhny Novgorod Region indicted the Arzamas National Bolshevik Dmitry Isusov. He is charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).

According to Isusov, who has read the materials of the case, the accusation is essentially based on only a few stickers with the address of the banned NBP, which Isusov gave to a friend.

The case is due to go to court in August 2009.
