NPF "Memory" - conference of underground workers

On July 17, 2009, an interregional conference of the People's Patriotic Front "Memory" was held in Sergiev Posad (Moscow Region), which was timed to coincide with the seventh anniversary of the death of the first leader of the organization, Dmitry Vasiliev.

According to the activists of the organization, about 15 people took part in the conference. It also talks about 70 invited guests from the DPNI, the Slavic Union, the Oprichny Brotherhood. Joseph Volotsky (a dwarf organization closely associated with "Memory"), RNE (it is not clear what kind of organization is meant in this case), the All-Ukrainian RUNA movement, the Cossacks, the priests of the Russian Catacomb Church. The number of guests seems to us at least doubled (in the photographs there are no more than 20 people), and the wide representation of the "allied organizations" is explained by the cross-membership of the ultra-right in different groups (for example, G. Borovikov himself is a member of the Oprichnina brotherhood, in the photograph as a delegate " Memory" is a person who is very reminiscent of Vladimir Basmanov (DPNI), etc.).

The program documents, which were allegedly developed at the conference, the organization does not publish "for security reasons until the hour X" .

Unfortunately, no additional information about the event could be found. However, two conclusions can be drawn from the photo reports of the conference.

Firstly, the actual head of the NPF "Pamyat" at the time of the conference is Georgy Borovikov (it was he who chaired the meeting), and not Nikolai Skorodumov.

Secondly, it is not entirely clear whether the conference was an event specifically of "Memory", since all events were held under the symbolism of a certain "RFO" (unfortunately, what the abbreviation means is unknown), moreover, in some ultra-right blogs it was attributed precisely as "Conference RFO".
