On July 22, 2009, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Elena Boikova , who participated in the National Bolshevik action "Eat for Free".
Boikova was tried under Part 2 of Art. 165 (causing property damage by deceit or breach of trust) and Part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in the activities of an extremist organization) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The court sentenced her to two years' imprisonment with a suspended sentence of two years' probation.
