On August 10, 2009, the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa ruled that the website of the "National Socialist Movement of the Ufa Province" (www.national-socialist.tk/, mirror - www.newp.org/nazi/) was extremist materials. The court's decision directed the sites to be included on the Federal List of Extremist Materials .
Earlier, the prosecutor's office of Ufa conducted a check on the publication of materials on these sites. In accordance with the expert opinion, the images of the swastika posted on the websites carry direct propaganda of the ideology of Nazism. The sites contain an article from the magazine "Russkaya Volya" No. 6 of March 2003, which was already recognized as extremist material by the decision of the Leninsky District Court of the city of Kirov (p. 227).
"All materials posted on these sites, and the Internet sites themselves can contribute to inciting interethnic and interreligious hatred, are freely available, access to it has an indefinite circle of persons, including minors," the prosecutor's office said in a statement.
In June 2009, the prosecutor's office sent an application to the court in accordance with Art. 13 of the Federal Law "On counteracting extremist activity" on the recognition of an Internet resource as extremist.
The first of these sites was closed on July 23, 2009.
