In August 2009, in Ufa, on Pobedy Street near the dormitory of the Ufa Oil University, three teenagers with shaved heads, dressed in high boots and leather jackets, attacked a dark-skinned student of the Ufa State Oil Technical University, a native of the Republic of Chad.
The student was attacked when he was walking on the street with two fellow students. One of the girls saw that they were being pursued by three young, shaven-headed men dressed in high boots and leather jackets. She began to call the police, shouting to her companion "Run, skinheads!" .
One of the attackers punched the native of Chad in the back, the second kicked him in the stomach. The victim fell, and the attackers kicked him all over the body.
The teenagers stopped beating when a citizen of Chad broke two bottles and promised to hit the first one who came up to him with them.
None of the bystanders intervened.
The victim went to the emergency room.
Teenagers were detained in hot pursuit by police officers. The attack became known from the news about the initiation of a criminal case .
In February 2010, the justice of the peace of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Ufa convicted the attackers.
