Nationalist graffiti in Kovrov

At the beginning of July 2009, in Kovrov (Vladimir region), on the walls of residential buildings 27 and 34 on Abelman Street, unknown people painted stencil drawings with the inscriptions "Russia for the Russians" and a six-pointed swastika with red paint spray cans.

The investigative department for Kovrov initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).
