Recall that the criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national, racial, religious hatred or enmity) for posting texts on the community website that, according to experts, contained " negative assessments of one (Christian) religion in comparison with another (pagan). statements containing a negative assessment and expressing a negative attitude towards the entire Christian religion .
